Mahmoud Abu El-Nasr (born 1953) is an Egyptian engineer, academic, and politician. He served as Egypt’s Minister of Education from July 2013 to March 2015. Before becoming minister, he was a professor of mechanical engineering and held several academic and administrative positions within Egyptian universities. During his tenure, he focused on developing technical education, reforming curricula, and improving teacher training to align education with the needs of the labor market.
